Are there any technologies like Apple CarPlay for Android?

If you have an Android phone, then this isn’t a problem. Most vehicles on our list that support Apple CarPlay also support the Android equivalent which is called Android Auto. The list of supported phones is much longer and more tedious, but if your phone utilizes the Android Lollipop operating system or newer, then it will work with Android Auto.

Not sure if your operating system is newer than Lollipop? It’s easy to tell actually. The Android operating systems are released in alphabetical order so just look at the first letter of your operating system’s name. If it comes after L in the alphabet, then you are good to go.
