2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Durango Engine Comparison

The 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee will offer four engine options, while the 2018 Durango will offer three. Both SUVs come equipped with a standard 3.6-litre V-6 engine. The Grand Cherokee and Durango also offer a 5.7-litre V-8 and a 6.4-litre V-8.

The 2018 version of the Jeep Grand Cherokee will also offer the impressive supercharged 6.2-litre V-8 engine. This engine tops out the performance numbers available on the SUV at 707 horsepower and 645 pound-feet of torque. The supercharged engine is not currently available on the Durango.

Seven total trim levels will be offered on the 2018 Grand Cherokee, while the Durango is available in five models.
